Monique

Monique has been a 3D artist and 3D Visualizer since 2016 creating three-dimensional models, photo-realistic renders and graphic design material to be utilized in a variety of creative projects. She has a strong working knowledge of industry standard software including the Adobe Creative suite, 3ds max, V- Ray and Sketch up.

She has found her passion in specializing in the ultimate user experience. Creating 3D Models for Augmented reality use for marketing purposes on homeware, furniture, fashion and product design/ manufacturing.

After working hours Monique enjoys hiking, wine tasting and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Alessandro

Alessandro has extensive experience in lead acquisition and international commerce. He has built and managed supply chains as well as sales channels for more than a decade in Europe and Asia. Throughout the years he has developed special expertise in bringing together solutions for physical and digital products, especially in outsourcing key business units for established enterprises. This is also reflected in his positions as an investor. His background in law additionally helps him breaking down and understanding complex scenarios in a very multi-layered and critical way, uniquely for a business development expert.

He believes that sales opportunities are very underutilized across many industry sectors and that there is massive value to be carved out of it throughout this decade. Apart of the insights he knows that the time for SMEs to digitalize their channels is limited and the next couple of years are going to decide which companies will survive and which will not because no action has been taken when the window of opportunity was open.

His focus in Polymatco BPO will be both strategic and helping with the execution, letting customers benefit from his vast knowledge in the field.

When she is not working she is hanging out with friend and family, goes to the beach cooks and more.

Over the years he worded with several frameworks but he became a pro in Magento.  One of the most complicated and fun projects that he has ever worked on was for one of our clients projects, a non profit organization called Peace Education. 

After work you can find Ryan online playing video games, working on computers or cooking.

He has worked on various styles, from editing TV shows, commercials, testimonials, music videos, live shows, animations, etc. In his editing career , Mihail has been working with different creative agencies and brands, bringing their products to life.

Besides his expertise in video editing, he also has graphic design, audio editing, and camera knowledge.

In his free time Mihail is part of a successful band that booked internationally.

Alvaro started coding 1999 when he was just a teen and a couple of years later he started to design flyers and other collaterals. During his collage years at St. Thomas University in Miami Florida, he participated at several extra curriculum activities and became President of the student government. He also lived in Asia and attended the University of Hong Kong during his year abroad.

After collage he worked in the tourism industry for a couple of years and then founded his web development company Fox Webpages. Over the years the company has evolved, hired staff and was able to offer more services as a marketing agency. 

Alvaro gained experience by working closely with a variety of from small businesses, international fashion designers, restaurants, record labels and producers, artists, industrial firms, travel agencies, day cares, liquor producers, United Nations and other registered NGOs, marketplaces such as Expedia, Groupon and more.
